LaShonda R. Dillard, MSM, is a professional trainer committed to assisting her clients with creating a work culture, others dream of cultivating! Her personal and professional values, (Compassion, Honesty, Achievement, Nobility, Grounded, and Excellence), are related to her belief that to achieve the impossible, one must start to look at themselves as the person responsible for positive change!

She earned her Master of Science in Management Degree from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), located in Murfreesboro, TN. LaShonda's experience managing people and serving on various boards inspired her to focus her studies in Organizational Leadership. After graduating from MTSU, she went on to find her passion in academia where she is a lecturer at Middle Tennessee State University's Jones College of Business' (JCOB) Department of Management.

LaShonda brings industry experience to the classroom and facilitates learning through high-impact teaching practices. Lecturer Dillard has extensive experience in training and development, research and understanding the difficulties of implementing change. In addition, her consulting expertise derives from her twenty plus years of experience working in the legal industry and being an operations manager.
